Rebuilding a deteriorated timber floor in Biot 06410

During this work in Biot, our team carried out the complete reconstruction of a badly deteriorated timber floor, some of whose load-bearing elements showed signs of ageing and insufficient load-bearing capacity.
Following a technical analysis of the existing structure, the work began with the installation of temporary propping to secure the structure for the duration of the job. The defective floor elements were then carefully removed before being replaced with a new steel structure in line with the technical recommendations.
This repair restored the stability and strength of the floor while preserving the integrity of the existing construction. Every stage of the work was carried out to good building practice to ensure the durability of the structure.
Do you have an old timber floor, a sagging floor, or are you considering reconstructing a timber floor in a house or building? Our teams support you from the structural study through to completion of the works, with solutions suited to every configuration.
